National Volunteer Week - Community Conservation, Mt Victoria, Wellington

Volunteers are at the heart of what we do. We couldn't do the mahi/work we do without the commitment and dedication of our wonderful volunteers. Come and join us for a day of conservation volunteering and celebrate National Volunteer Week - Te wiki tūao ā-motu with us! Today we will be working alongside and supporting the Mt Victoria Regeneration Group who have been working hard to restore the native ngahere/forest of Mt Vic. Please wear: long sleeved clothing to protect yourself from cuts and scratches and insect stings/bites, a hat, waterproof jacket and sturdy, covered footwear are essential. Volunteers are welcome to meet our team onsite, or get a ride in our CVNZ van. *We can transport up to 9 people, please contact our office at: [email protected] or call 021 057 1370 to check our availability as we have limited seats.
