Community Conservation, Trelissick Park, Wellington

Today we will be supporting the Trelissick Park Group who have been restoring the native ngahere/forest of Trelissick Park and caring for the Kaiwharawhara awa/stream that passes through the reserve since 1991! Join us for a day of community conservation and make a meaningful contribution to the restoration of this stunning reserve. CVNZ will provide all of the tools/equipment required including gloves and vests. We will also provide morning tea refreshments and snacks. Please bring: a packed lunch and a full water bottle. Please wear: long sleeved clothing to protect yourself from cuts and scratches, a hat, waterproof jacket and sturdy, covered footwear. Volunteers are welcome to meet our team onsite, or get a ride in our CVNZ van.
